(Yes this file is huge, but it's worth the time. It is possible to skim through it and get an overall picture of your programs' strengths and weaknesses. You may wish to consider several programs to target specific areas, be sure to justify your choices in the grant application. The program you choose can have a big impact on reading achievement).
