STARR PROGRAM

 

The STARR (Select Teachers As Regional Resources) program is designed on the concept of teachers teaching teachers. We encourage our colleagues throughout the South Central Region to learn the latest and most practical techniques for promoting active, hands-on learning by students in all subject areas and at all levels.

Topics offered by the STARR teachers vary slightly each year. Past topics have included:

COST

District fees: $100 for one STARR teacher presenting; $150 for the team.

You provide the site, necessary A.V. equipment, and copies of materials if necessary.
