South Central Regional Professional Development Center

Funding for the South Central RPDC is provided by the Missouri University of Science and Technology and the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

MISSION:

“As an integral part of a state-wide system, the mission of the South Central RPDC is to build the capacity of educators through high quality professional learning to maximize student success.”

VISION:

It is our vision to be a collaborative team of educational specialists that facilitates the growth of educators and students through customized professional learning.

To reach our vision we will:

  • be a collaborative team committed to meaningful meetings;
  • be committed to developing and strengthening our own Professional Learning Networks (PLN) by receiving training from internal and external sources;
  • be facilitators of change and growth; and
  • customize trainings to meet the strengths and needs of educators.

WHERE WE ARE:
The South-Central Regional Professional Development Center is officially a part of Missouri University of Science and Technology, under the Office of Undergraduate Studies. Our office is located in the Phelps Health Hospital Annex Building, 1100 West 10th Street, Rolla, MO 65401.

This Center services the south-central region of Missouri, covering thirteen counties and 63 school districts.
